Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Product Manager to lead the roadmap and success of document conversion and enrichment technologies used in e-discovery workflows. You will drive enhancements for processing, imaging, PDF production, and related transformations that power reviews.

You will collaborate with design, engineering, and customer-facing teams to translate customer needs into actionable product outcomes, leveraging data analysis, cloud capabilities, and a strong product vision.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in product management building custom software.
Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Design or comparable work experience.
Experience in developer-facing platform products such as native libraries, distributed messaging systems, and workflow orchestration infrastructure.
Excellent communicator and presenter, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Drive short- and long-term roadmap of document conversion and enrichment teams by working with end users, engineering, enablement, sales, and other customer-focused teams.
Collaborate with data enrichment product managers and stakeholders to create cohesive, intuitive architecture for processing and enrichment consumers.
Increase adoption of document conversion technology through sales/marketing enablement and create artifacts that articulate benefits.
Ensure customers have successful experiences by addressing barriers to adoption and guiding go-to-market efforts.
