Job summary

Relativity, a leading e‑Discovery software company, is seeking a Product Manager to own the roadmap for document conversion and enrichment technology. You will collaborate with design, development, and customer teams to drive efficient review workflows and product adoption across Processing, Imaging, PDF Production, and related enrichment services.

The role emphasizes customer empathy, data analysis, cloud architecture fluency, and strong communication.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in product management building custom software.

Responsibilities

Drive short- and long-term roadmap of document conversion and enrichment teams by working closely with internal and external end users, engineering, enablement, sales teams, and other customer‑focused teams.
Work with other data enrichment product managers and stakeholders to create a cohesive, intuitive enrichment architecture needed to improve user experience of processing and other enrichment consumers in the product.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to increase adoption of document conversion technology and create artifacts that articulate the benefits of document conversion and enrichment.
Ensure customers have successful experiences by helping Relativity enablement teams and acting with urgency to address any barriers to adoption.
