Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Product Manager to lead the roadmap and success of our document conversion and enrichment technology, driving efficiency in litigation review. You will collaborate with design, development, and customer-facing teams to uncover opportunities through data analysis and customer inquiry, shaping the product’s cloud architecture and future enhancements.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in product management building custom software.
Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Design or comparable work experience.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile.

Responsibilities

Drive short- and long-term roadmap of document conversion and enrichment teams by working with internal and external end users, engineering, enablement, sales, and other customer-focused teams.
Create a cohesive, intuitive enrichment architecture with other data enrichment product managers and stakeholders to improve user experience of processing and other enrichment consumers.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to increase adoption of document conversion technology and create artifacts that articulate the benefits of document conversion and enrichment.
Ensure customers have successful experiences by helping Relativity enablement teams and addressing barriers to adoption.
