Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Product Manager to lead the roadmap and success of document conversion and enrichment technology, driving efficiency in litigation review. You will partner with design, engineering, and sales to deliver a scalable architecture and compelling value stories.

Responsibilities include defining a cohesive enrichment strategy, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering customer-centered outcomes supported by data and market insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management building custom software.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Design or comparable work experience.
• Experience with developer-facing platform products preferred.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies.
• Excellent communicator and presenter, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Drive short- and long-term roadmap of document conversion and enrichment teams by working closely with internal and external end users, engineering, enablement, sales teams, and other customer-focused teams.
• Work with other data enrichment product managers and stakeholders to create a cohesive, intuitive enrichment architecture needed to improve user experience of processing and other enrichment consumers in the product.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to increase adoption of document conversion technology and create artifacts that articulate the benefits of document conversion and enrichment.
• Ensure customers have successful experiences by helping Relativity enablement teams and acting with urgency to address any barriers to adoption.
