Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in product ownership, business analysis, application management, or a similar digital workplace role.
• Hands-on experience configuring and optimizing tools like Google Workspace (and Google Scripting), Smartsheet, and Jotform.
• Product mindset with user-centric design, systems analysis, and backlog management.
• Communication & Change Savvy: guide non-technical teams through tool adoption across locations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Own the Toolset: configure and adopt apps including Google Workspace, Smartsheet, and Jotform.
• Build Practical Solutions: design lightweight, scalable workflows and templates.
• Manage the Roadmap & Backlog: maintain a prioritized product board and align with stakeholders.
• Drive Adoption & Change: collaborate with L&D and Communications for training and comms.
