Job summary

Omnissa, LLC seeks a Product Manager to own day-to-day product management for Workspace ONE Launcher and to drive frontline portfolio go-to-market activities. You will work with engineering, Product Marketing, and field teams to ship features and align priorities with the portfolio strategy.

You will collaborate with UX, contribute to roadmap decisions, and track usage metrics, enabling measurable outcomes for frontline workers across modern devices and workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management, product marketing, technical marketing, solutions engineering, or another customer-facing enterprise software role.
• Direct professional experience in enterprise mobility, unified endpoint management, mobile app development, or frontline worker tech.
• Working knowledge of Android device management and enrollment modes.
• Ability to write clear requirements and ship features with an engineering team on an agile cadence.
• Strong written communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborative style with cross-team influence.
• Data-driven prioritization using product analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Workspace ONE UEM or similar.
• Exposure to frontline verticals like retail, healthcare, logistics, etc.
• Familiarity with rugged device ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Own the Workspace ONE Launcher backlog across single-app and multi-app modes.
• Write Epics and user stories with acceptance criteria and groom the backlog with engineering.
• Contribute to frontline roadmap by researching requirements and prioritization.
• Partner with UX on workflows, reviewing designs against Material Design and frontline usage.
• Support frontline go-to-market with Product Marketing, Sales, and Solution Engineering.
• Run release readiness with Documentation, Release Management, Localization, and Support.
• Participate in customer and prospect calls to gather requirements and feedback.
• Track product usage and adoption metrics with recurring reporting.
• Triage inbound feature requests with Support and Engineering.
• Maintain internal enablement material and customer-facing content.
