Job summary

MMDSmart seeks a Product Owner to join our growing product team. You will own product functionality from concept to launch, collaborating with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions for cloud communications.

This hands-on role requires 3+ years in Agile product roles, strong B2B product sense (CRM/BSS/OMS), and excellent communication. Manage backlogs, refine requirements, and drive risk-aware delivery in a fast-growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Agile product roles such as Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst.
• Experience in B2B product management (CRM, BSS, OMS) is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
• Technically proficient: able to grasp high-level architecture and technical concepts.
• Previous experience in a software development company, ideally with a focus on web applications.
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive all processes related to product definition, development, and launch.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to align on the product vision and core functionalities, and ensure they are communicated throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Work with internal and stakeholders to define product features based on customer needs, provide regular progress updates, and present outcomes.
• Manage the product backlog: break down high-level features into user stories and tasks, define clear acceptance criteria, and prioritize effectively.
• Support development teams during iterations by clarifying requirements and adjusting priorities to maximize business value.
• Monitor product progress at every stage and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
