Job summary

Soilworks Natural Capital seeks a Product Manager to shape the future of rotational grazing, livestock management, and ranch technology in partnership with Powerflex Supply. The role focuses on Virtual Fence and Digital Ranch solutions, requiring curiosity, strong analytics, and customer insight to guide product and category strategy across grazing equipment businesses.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management, category management with hardware devices, IoT, or wearables.
Experience working directly with customers to understand needs and gather feedback.
GPS, telematics, sensors, or connected devices experience.
Experience working with partners and manufacturers.
Competitive landscape analysis and R&D.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Become the category expert across grazing, fencing, livestock, and ranching industries.
Monitor competitors, products, pricing, technology, and market activity.
Conduct customer interviews and field visits with dealers, ranchers, and industry influencers.
Identify opportunities for new products and services and evaluate supplier partnerships.
Support product launches, pricing models, and profitability analyses.
Develop product positioning, messaging, and customer education; support supplier relationships.
