Job summary

OP is seeking a Product Manager to shape guest communication experiences across web and mobile. You will lead concept development, prioritization, and delivery of digital capabilities that help guests discover information and self-serve their needs throughout the vacation planning journey.

You will partner with Product Management, Technology, Digital Experience, and Operations to deliver live chat, content, AI-enabled assistants, and self-service tools.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management delivering digital products or consumer-facing technology solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with customer communication, support, or conversational experiences is preferred.
• Ability to write user stories, business requirements, and acceptance criteria; manage backlogs.

Responsibilities

• Champion the digital Guest experience across web and mobile platforms.
• Develop product strategies for live chat, digital messaging, self-service tools, and AI-enabled support solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, reduce friction, and boost self-service adoption.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, conversational AI, and automation through pilots and concepts.
• Translate strategy into prioritized user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
• Maintain productBacklogs, support sprint planning and release readiness.
• Coordinate with UX, content, accessibility, and engineering to align with vision and quality standards.
• Support analysis, testing, and roadmap decisions using guest feedback and metrics.
