Job summary

Inspire Brands, Inc. is looking for an experienced Product Manager to own and continuously improve digital products within its technology ecosystem across multiple leading restaurant brands.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Technology Operations, Support, and Business stakeholders to prioritize production issues, translate learnings into roadmap improvements, and ensure performance, reliability, and guest experience standards are met.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in digital/technology environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric digital experiences.
• Proven ability to translate insights into roadmaps and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide product leadership for production issues and continuous improvement of digital products.
• Act as primary escalation point for production incidents with engineering collaboration.
• Lead cross-functional teams to define robust solution requirements.
• Design and optimize user-centric experiences translating business needs into scalable solutions.
• Lead decision-making during live incidents assessing guest impact and risk.
• Ensure timely communication during production incidents.
• Lead post-launch hypercare activities for stabilization and adoption.
• Translate production learnings into prioritized roadmap items and backlog enhancements.
• Measure and improve outcomes through KPI management and stakeholder education.
