Jobgether in the United States is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the product strategy and roadmap for spot trading and future crypto offerings. You will work with engineering, legal, and partnerships to deliver regulated crypto infrastructure and a developer-friendly API experience.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with regulatory requirements, market needs, and partner feedback, while leveraging AI tools to enhance decision-making and execution.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree as stated or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in product management, engineering, or startup building, preferably in crypto.
• Experience delivering core crypto products at production scale (spot trading, custody, wallets, funding, staking, yield, derivatives).
• Strong understanding of crypto market structure (order books, liquidity providers, spreads, slippage, settlement).
• Experience launching products in regulated environments with legal/compliance/risk teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with engineers, partners, and execs.
• AI-native approach with AI tools integrated into daily PM workflow.

Responsabilidades

• Own product strategy and roadmap for spot crypto trading, funding, and partner experiences.
• Lead integrations with liquidity providers and custodians to improve funding and liquidity.
• Define and manage stablecoin funding flows (e.g., USDC) with regulatory alignment.
• Collaborate with fintechs, neobrokers, institutional platforms to translate crypto requirements into priorities.
• Expand networks and currencies while balancing partner demand, custody readiness, and regulatory constraints.
• Drive design and development of staking, lending, and other yield products within compliance.
• Shape developer-first crypto API experience including SDKs, references, and changelogs.
• Develop business case for cryptocurrency perpetual futures and regulatory considerations.
• Work with engineering, legal, compliance, risk, operations, partnerships to deliver regulated crypto infra at scale.
• Monitor US crypto policy/regulation and provide strategic guidance.
• Lead partner/customer discovery, prioritize roadmap with business value and feasibility.
• Use AI tools to improve research, decision-making, and execution.

Accountabilities

• - Own the product strategy and roadmap for spot cryptocurrency trading, including supported trading pairs, order types, jurisdictional availability, and partner-facing trading experiences.
• - Lead integrations that improve funding capabilities and liquidity by working with liquidity providers and custodians.
• - Define and manage stablecoin funding flows, including support for USDC and other regulated stablecoins aligned with applicable regulatory frameworks.
• - Work with fintechs, neobrokers, institutional platforms, and other partners to understand their crypto requirements and translate feedback into product priorities.
• - Expand supported blockchain networks and cryptocurrencies while balancing partner demand, custody readiness, operational considerations, and regulatory requirements.
• - Drive the design and development of staking, lending, and other crypto yield products within legal, compliance, and operational constraints.
• - Shape a developer-first crypto API experience, including SDKs, reference integrations, documentation, and disciplined changelog management.
• - Develop and execute the product business case for cryptocurrency perpetual futures, evaluating market opportunity, feasibility, and regulatory considerations.
• - Collaborate with engineering, legal, compliance, risk, operations, partnerships, and product stakeholders to deliver regulated crypto infrastructure at scale.
• - Monitor emerging US crypto policy and regulatory developments, identifying potential product implications and providing early strategic guidance.
• - Lead partner and customer discovery, establish a prioritized roadmap, and balance business value, technical feasibility, regulatory risk, timelines, and budget.
• - Use AI-powered tools as part of the daily product management workflow to improve research, decision-making, and execution.

Requirements:

• - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• - At least five years of experience in product management, engineering, and/or startup building, preferably within cryptocurrency exchanges, brokerage, market making, custody, or financial infrastructure.
• - Demonstrated experience delivering at least one core crypto product at production scale, such as spot trading, exchange infrastructure, custody or wallets, fiat or stablecoin funding, staking and yield products, or derivatives and perpetual futures.
• - Strong understanding of cryptocurrency market structure, including order books, liquidity providers, spreads, slippage, and settlement.
• - Understanding of the differences between business-to-business, API-first financial platforms and retail-focused cryptocurrency exchanges.
• - Experience launching products in regulated environments and collaborating with legal, compliance, risk, and operations teams.
• - Comfort working through ambiguity, making timely trade-offs, and balancing customer needs with regulatory and operational requirements.
• - Proven ability to conduct customer and partner discovery, synthesize insights, and translate them into a prioritized product roadmap.
• - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams, business partners, and executive stakeholders.
• - Strong commercial judgment and business acumen, including the ability to evaluate return on investment, partner demand, regulatory exposure, technical feasibility, timelines, and budgets.
• - An AI-native approach to product management, with AI tools integrated into everyday work.
• - Preferred: Direct experience at a crypto exchange, broker-dealer, custodian, market maker, or institutional cryptocurrency infrastructure provider.
• - Preferred: Experience building developer-facing crypto APIs used by quantitative analysts, algorithmic traders, automated systems, or AI agents.
• - Preferred: Familiarity with staking, lending, yield products, perpetual futures, and the operational and regulatory requirements of offering these services through a licensed financial entity.
• - Preferred: Experience combining regulated financial services, such as brokerage, payments, or custody, with crypto-native infrastructure, including wallets, Layer 1 and Layer 2 networks, and on-chain settlement.
