Job summary

Bybit, a leading cryptocurrency exchange, is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own and optimize financial trading products on our platform in the United States. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver features end-to-end and adapt to evolving markets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in financial trading products, a track record of launching successful products, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial trading products.
• At least 1 year delivering a product or building from scratch.
• Strong self-motivation, analytical thinking, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery and optimization of financial trading products on a crypto exchange.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery and continuous optimization of financial trading products on a cryptocurrency exchange.
• Maintain deep knowledge of both traditional and crypto derivatives markets; monitor industry trends and analyze operational data of live financial products on crypto exchanges to inform ongoing improvements.
• Drive innovative improvements to existing financial products and their underlying logic in response to market evolution.
• Collect requirements and issues from users and cross-functional teams; assess and prioritize them, and work with the team to drive resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above; 5+ years (or 2+ years with a Master's degree) of experience in financial trading products.
• At least 1 year of tenure on a successful product, or demonstrated track record of building a successful product from scratch.
• Exceptional self-motivation, learning ability, logical thinking, and multi-dimensional data analysis skills.
• Passionate, team-oriented, highly responsible, with strong cross-team communication and coordination abilities.
• Personal trading experience or strong interest in stocks, futures, forex, or digital currencies.
• Strong English communication skills (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
• Prior product experience at a cryptocurrency exchange is strongly preferred.
