MEDIC HR CONSULTANCY is seeking a proactive Crypto Product Manager for a fully remote role. You will identify market opportunities, set product priorities, coordinate implementation, and assess results after launch, shaping strategic product direction with insights from customers and market research.

Collaborating with technical and commercial teams, you will ensure goals, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes are defined.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management or related role.
• Experience in cryptocurrency, blockchain, fintech or tech-driven financial products.
• Understanding of discovery, roadmap planning, feature prioritization and release management.
• Ability to interpret customer feedback, market research and product performance data.

Responsibilities

• Establish product objectives and translate business priorities into actionable development plans.
• Research customer expectations, industry developments, and competing crypto solutions.
• Coordinate delivery of new features and enhancements across the product lifecycle.
• Prepare product documentation, requirements, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
• Work with developers and designers to ensure product functionality meets user and business needs.
• Review product metrics and recommend changes based on measurable results.

Candidate Profile

• Understanding of product discovery, roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and release management.
• Ability to interpret customer feedback, market research, and product performance data.
• Familiarity with blockchain ecosystems, crypto exchanges, digital wallets, tokens, or related technologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to organize complex tasks, manage deadlines, and make informed decisions.
• Confidence working with distributed teams and independently managing responsibilities.

A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Economics, or a related discipline is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual Base Salary: $200,000--$270,000 USD

The compensation package may include:
