Job summary

Apple is seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to join the Worldwide Product Marketing team to support AppleCare. You will collaborate across product operations, finance, engineering, retail and sales to define the roadmap and launch new device protection service experiences.

The role requires ownership of a full product lifecycle from concept to launch, strong storytelling, and the ability to translate data into customer value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management and/or product marketing, ownership of a full product or service lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Experience developing and launching customer-facing products or services
• Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with operations, finance, legal, engineering, and marketing
• 7+ years in product management and/or product marketing, ownership of a full product or service lifecycle from concept to launch

Responsibilities

• Define the roadmap and launch new device protection service experiences for AppleCare.
• Collaborate across Product Operations, Finance, Engineering, Retail, and Sales to define and execute product strategies.
