Job summary
Apple Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Manager for the iPhone Worldwide Product team. You will voice the customer during development and craft the launch story, speaking with media about why your products matter.
Join a dynamic team delivering innovative technologies and high-impact consumer experiences. You will collaborate with engineering, design, operations, finance, PR, and marketing to drive the complete product lifecycle from concept to launch, traveling as needed to represent Apple
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product management, product strategy and/or product marketing roles.
- Hands-on experience formulating product messaging and outbound marketing.
- Experience with emerging hardware technologies and consumer electronics is a plus.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to coordinate with media and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Define the future iPhone in collaboration with global cross-functional teams.
- Partner with engineering, design, operations, finance, PR, and marketing throughout the product lifecycle.
- Communicate product technologies clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Gather global customer and partner requirements for future development.
- Manage trade-offs involving features, schedule, cost, pricing, and lifecycle management.
- Develop knowledge of competitive products and global market trends.
- Contribute to pricing and forecasting with senior leadership.
- Position the product relative to competition and articulate key messages.
- Lead cross-functional product launch activities and press outreach.
- Travel worldwide to Apple launch events and press briefings.
