You will define strategy, messaging, and go-to-market plans, advocating for the customer experience through executive reviews and partner discussions. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role in Cupertino, CA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management and/or product marketing, owning a full product lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Experience developing and launching customer-facing products or services.
• Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with operations, finance, legal, engineering, and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Shape the product vision, business model, and customer journey for AppleCare repair, replacement, and fulfillment programs across global markets.
• Research and synthesize device protection trends, competitive landscape, customer feedback, and market data to identify new product opportunities.
• Partner with operations and product teams to scale and optimize fulfillment pathways.
• Understand the service and repair experience across layers and communicate operational complexities clearly.
• Negotiate and influence product and service trade-offs impacting coverage, turnaround time, usability, cost, and CX.
• Define positioning and go-to-market strategies for AppleCare features with marketing communications and PR.
• Advocate for the AppleCare customer experience through executive reviews and partner discussions.
