Job summary

MeritBey LLC is seeking a Product Manager to define the product vision, strategy, and execution for data-driven platforms and digital intelligence solutions. You will bridge business stakeholders with engineering, research, and design to deliver measurable client value from ideation to launch and beyond.

The role requires strong business acumen, technical understanding, and customer empathy, with responsibility for backlog, prioritization, and post-launch optimization in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5–10 years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B, SaaS, analytics, or digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and data teams.
• Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Productboard, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with MeritBey’s strategic goals.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements through client feedback, market research, and internal insights.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, research, data, and design teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Lead product discovery, solution design, and feature prioritization using data-driven decision-making.
• Manage product backlog and ensure timely delivery through Agile development practices.
• Monitor product performance post-launch and drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure product compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Support go-to-market planning, product positioning, and internal enablement.
