Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a talented Product Manager who will be exceptional at delivering data and identity products to data-centric businesses globally. The role involves guiding product strategy from conception to end of life and collaborating with engineering, analytics, and cross-functional teams to meet business goals.

You will manage the backlog, define requirements, and align roadmaps with strategic objectives while driving revenue, adoption, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of product management or related experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Background in product development, data products, or related technical environments.
• Practical knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices.
• Domain familiarity in marketing data, data products, or other information-intensive product environments.
• Proven and demonstrable knowledge of major cloud platforms like Snowflake, DataBricks or similar.
• The position is not eligible for any sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Fully functional and self-directed within defined product scope.
• Builds and maintains product business plans to support revenue, adoption, and cost efficiency goals.
• Owns and manages product backlog, including user stories, requirements, and prioritization.
• Defines and executes product roadmap aligned to broader product or domain strategy.
• Executes product development plans in partnership with engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to support product launches, positioning, and adoption.
• Monitors product performance and drives continuous improvement based on metrics.
