Job summary

You will shape how customers receive and engage with relevant content, education, and recommendations across digital experiences and channels.

This role combines product strategy, customer experience, content, personalization, and engagement, with ownership from early discovery through launch and ongoing optimization.

Responsibilities

• Set the direction and roadmap for digital products focused on education and engagement.
• Create personalized experiences using content and recommendations based on customer behavior.
• Develop strategies to increase adoption and repeat engagement across digital channels.
• Translate customer research and data into product priorities.
• Lead cross-functional sessions to uncover needs and align on future experiences.
• Partner with tech, UX, content, operations, and business teams to implement new experiences.
• Define success metrics and evaluate impact on customer experience and business value.
