We're partnering with an established organization that is continuing to build out its Product function and is looking for an experienced Product Manager focused on customer education, digital engagement, personalization, and adoption.
This person will help shape how customers receive and engage with relevant content, education, and recommendations across digital experiences and communication channels. The role combines product strategy, customer experience, content, personalization, and engagement, with ownership from early discovery through launch and ongoing optimization.
What You'll Do
- Set the direction and roadmap for digital products centered on customer education and ongoing engagement.
- Create more personalized experiences that surface useful content and recommendations based on customer needs and behaviors.
- Develop strategies to increase adoption and repeat engagement across digital experiences, email, SMS, and other touchpoints.
- Turn customer research, behavioral insights, journey work, and business needs into clear product priorities.
- Guide products from early discovery and validation through launch, measurement, and continued improvement.
- Partner with technology, UX, research, content, operations, and business teams to bring new experiences to life.
- Lead collaborative sessions that uncover customer needs, identify friction points, and align teams around future-state experiences.
- Use customer feedback, research, engagement data, and product performance to determine where to invest and improve.
- Define meaningful measures of success and evaluate whether new capabilities are improving the customer experience and delivering business value.
- Bring cross-functional stakeholders together to navigate priorities, trade-offs, and product decisions.
What We're Looking For
- Strong Product Management experience with ownership of customer-facing digital products or experiences.
- Experience building products designed to improve engagement, adoption, education, onboarding, or retention.
- Proven success taking products from initial discovery through launch and optimization.
- Experience with personalized content, recommendations, or other tailored digital experiences.
- Strong understanding of customer experience practices such as journey mapping, personas, service design, and user research.
- Ability to use both qualitative customer insights and product data to make smart prioritization decisions.
- Strong facilitation skills and experience working across technology, design, business, and operations.
- Experience working in an Agile product environment and partnering directly with technical delivery teams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence decisions across different levels of an organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
Nice to Have
- Experience within insurance, healthcare, financial services, or another regulated environment.
- Exposure to analytics-driven or recommendation-based products.
- Experience with change management or digital adoption initiatives.
- Familiarity with AI, automation, and emerging personalization capabilities.
The Opportunity
This role goes beyond managing features and a backlog. The organization is investing in a more customer-centered Product model, and this person will help determine how customers engage with its expertise and resources over time.
It's a strong opportunity for a PM who enjoys both sides of the equation: building the right experience and figuring out how to get customers to actually engage with it and see value from it.
