Job summary

Bitvavo is looking for an experienced Product Manager to shape the roadmap for wallet security, custody transfers, and new asset listings. You will partner with Engineering to deploy security enhancements and drive the yield roadmap with staking, lending and on-chain products.

You will set strategies for withdrawal and network fees while managing custodians, validators and infrastructure partners. You’ll track KPIs with Data and lead incident response for security events.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, at least 5 years at a crypto exchange or custody provider
• Genuine crypto experience required
• Strong technical grounding, ability to discuss wallet security & blockchain with engineers
• Track record balancing security/compliance with growth/revenue goals
• Confident managing stakeholders across Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Security and Treasury
• Solid understanding of crypto fundamentals; custody experience a strong plus
• Experience with staking, lending or on-chain yield products
• Experience with crypto custody providers or cold storage operations
• Background in traditional finance custody or asset servicing

Employment Setup

This role can be done fully remotely, or based in one of our preferred hubs: Amsterdam, London, Limassol or Vilnius.

• This role requires genuine crypto experience, gained at a crypto exchange, custody provider or similar crypto native business. We are not able to consider candidates without this background.
• 8+ years in product management, at least 5 of which should have been gained at a crypto exchange, custody provider or similar crypto native business
• Strong technical grounding, comfortable discussing wallet security, blockchain fundamentals and infrastructure trade offs with engineers
• Track record balancing security and compliance requirements with growth and revenue goals
• Confident managing stakeholders across Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Security and Treasury
• Solid understanding of crypto fundamentals, with custody experience a strong plus
• Experience with staking, lending or on-chain yield products
