Job summary

Bitpanda is seeking a Product Manager for Crypto to own key feature execution and user flows across trading, staking and on-chain deposits. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Compliance and Legal to turn regulatory and technical requirements into seamless retail experiences.

This role offers high autonomy, end-to-end product discovery, and the chance to shape regulated crypto products across Europe under frameworks like MICA, with a hybrid work model and stock options.

Your mission

As Product Manager for Crypto, you will own key feature execution and user flows for our customer‑facing crypto product suite, including trading, staking, and on‑chain deposits and withdrawals. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Legal to turn complex regulatory and technical requirements into seamless retail experiences. This is a high‑impact opportunity for a highly autonomous PM eager to shape regulated crypto products across Europe under frameworks like MICA.

What you’ll do

• Take end‑to‑end ownership of a dedicated area within the crypto product suite from initial discovery through release and continuous iteration.
• Run comprehensive product discovery to frame problems, define hypotheses, and validate solutions with users and data before committing engineering effort.
• Write clear, structured product requirements and partner with designers on user flows to ensure engineering and compliance teams can execute without ambiguity.
• Define tracking events and success metrics for every feature to accurately measure impact and guide data‑driven iterations.
• Act as the accountable owner of your product area by actively managing cross‑functional trade‑offs, leading on escalations, and staying hands‑on during critical incidents.

Who you are

• Bring meaningful product management experience building customer‑facing products at a crypto, trading, or fintech company.
• Possess a strong, genuine passion for crypto, blockchain, or trading that goes beyond just the day‑to‑day job.
• Demonstrate a strong UX sense and a proven track record of running end‑to‑end product discovery while writing clear product requirements.
• Exhibit exceptional reliability and dedication to taking true ownership of your scope, including stepping in during critical issues regardless of timing.
• Leverage hands‑on experience defining tracking events and using data to measure feature impact, ideally complemented by SQL skills or familiarity with EU crypto frameworks.
