Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Руководить стратегией и реализацией инфраструктуры кошелька, включая интеграцию цепей, модели аккаунтов и ключи
• Устанавливать стандарты onboarding для блокчейнов и токенов в сотрудничестве с инженерами и бизнес-единицами
• Обеспечивать надёжность, производительность и безопасность инфраструктуры при балансировке скорости выпуска и стабильности
• Проводить исследования экосистем блокчейнов и подходов к учетным моделям, превращая выводы в решения и roadmap
• Сотрудничать с инженерами на циклах разработки, чтобы решения соответствовали требованиям пользователей

Trust Wallet is a secure, self-custody Web3 wallet that enables people to own and control their digital assets. It helps users explore Web3, access dApps, manage cryptocurrency, and buy and sell digital assets.

Задачи:

• Lead product strategy and execution for wallet infrastructure, including chain integration, account models, key management, and recovery flows
• Define standards and processes for onboarding blockchains and tokens, partnering with engineering, business development, and partner teams
• Own the reliability, performance, and security of core wallet infrastructure while balancing feature velocity with stability, accuracy, and defense in depth
• Research blockchain ecosystems and account standards, evaluate technical trade-offs, and translate findings into product decisions and roadmap priorities
• Partner with engineering throughout the build and iteration cycle to ensure technical solutions are delivered on time and meet user needs
• Work with security, compliance, and risk teams to ensure infrastructure decisions address real-world threats and regulatory expectations
• Collaborate with swap, DeFi, dApp browser, and other product teams that depend on core wallet infrastructure

• At least 3 years of experience with Web3/blockchain infrastructure or wallet infrastructure, and at least 5 years overall as a technical product manager
• Genuine passion for Web3 and strong awareness of the direction of the industry and wallet infrastructure
• Strong technical fluency, including the ability to discuss architecture, trade-offs, and implementation details with engineers and translate them into product decisions
• Proven track record of cross-functional execution across engineering, security, business development, and partner teams
• First-principles thinking and ability to turn ambiguous, complex problems into shippable plans
• Excellent communication skills and resilience in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment
• Solid understanding of EVM and Solana account and transaction models, RPC behavior, and practical differences affecting wallet integration and reliability
• Strong growth and data sense, including defining metrics, reading funnels and dashboards, and using data to prioritize infrastructure investments and measure impact
• Must have the right to work in the country where based
