Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or closely related field) is required.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, applications engineering, or technical commercial roles within power electronics, power conversion, telecom/data center power, or adjacent markets.
• Demonstrated commercial ownership: pricing strategy, margin management, business case development, and accountability to revenue and gross margin results.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to translate data and market signals into clear decisions and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership and to customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the industrial products program strategy and roadmap aligned to Traditional Core Products BU goals; identify investments, pivots, and priorities.
• Lead market and competitive intelligence; translate insights into actions to improve win-rate, revenue, and margin.
• Be the voice of the market and customer; shape requirements, positioning, and investment decisions.
• Own pricing strategy, revenue, and margin; build value propositions and pricing architecture for programs.
• Develop business cases, pipeline, and prioritization (TAM/SAM/SOM, ROI) and coordinate with leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, PM, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, and finance to ensure on-time, on-cost execution.
• Manage products from concept to launch, ramp, sustaining, and end-of-life with portfolio rationalization.
• Coordinate with marketing to enable go-to-market messaging, collateral, and sales enablement.
