OmniOn Power is seeking a senior engineer to join our product safety compliance team. The position focuses on electronic dc converters and battery backup systems used in the telecom and data centers markets. This position will support New Product Introduction (NPI) and Engineering Change (EC) processes. This role consists of evaluating product compliance to US and international safety standards, developing detailed test plans, providing oversight of electrical and thermal tests, and submitting formal test reports to safety agencies such as UL, CSA, TUV, and VDE. This role will report to the Production Qualification Manager and is located at the OmniOn Power HQ in Plano, TX.
