SleepRes, Inc. seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead strategy, development, and lifecycle management of our CPAP and respiratory mask portfolio.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product roadmaps for CPAP masks, respiratory interfaces, and related accessories.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, competitive trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Define product requirements and business cases for new product development initiatives.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, including product launches, enhancements, and end-of-life planning.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and recommend actions to improve market share, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from patients, sleep clinicians, respiratory therapists, DME providers, and healthcare systems.
  • Partner with R&D, Marketing, Clinical Affairs, and Sales to understand market dynamics and reimbursement trends.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Industrial Design, Human Factors, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, and Operations teams throughout development.
  • Define product specifications, user requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support risk management, usability engineering, and validation activities.
  • Participate in design reviews and ensure products meet customer and regulatory expectations.
  • Develop product positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Support sales training and creation of customer-facing materials.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop launch plans and commercialization strategies.
  • Track launch performance and customer adoption metrics.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones, timelines, and business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary product champion across the organization.

This role will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, translating user needs into innovative product solutions, and driving cross-functional execution from concept through commercialization.
The ideal candidate has experience in sleep therapy, respiratory care, medical devices, or patient interface products and possesses a strong understanding of user-centered design, regulatory requirements, and commercialization within healthcare markets.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Portfolio Management
  • Develop and execute product roadmaps for CPAP masks, respiratory interfaces, and related accessories.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, competitive trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Define product requirements and business cases for new product development initiatives.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, including product launches, enhancements, and end-of-life planning.

Voice of Customer & Market Insights
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from patients, sleep clinicians, respiratory therapists, DME providers, and healthcare systems.
  • Conduct customer interviews, usability studies, and field observations to identify unmet needs.

Qualifications
Required

Preferred
  • Experience with CPAP masks, sleep therapy devices, respiratory interfaces, or ventilator accessories.
  • Knowledge of sleep apnea therapy, respiratory care workflows, and patient adherence challenges.
  • Familiarity with FDA, ISO 13485, MDR, and medical device product development processes.
  • Experience in human factors engineering and user-centered design.
  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
