A growing medical technology organization is seeking a Product Manager to join its product team. This individual will work closely with Product, Engineering, Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to help shape product strategy and translate customer and clinical insights into meaningful product improvements.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze feedback from customers, clinical users, field teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Translate customer needs and clinical workflows into clear product insights, requirements, and recommendations.
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial teams.
- Support development of user needs, product requirements, workflow requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate product testing activities, including planning, user feedback, and documentation.
- Contribute to product roadmap development and prioritization.
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.
- Support product positioning, training materials, sales enablement, and commercialization activities.
- Engage directly with customers and field teams to better understand real-world product use.
- Manage multiple product initiatives in a fast-paced, growing environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, biomedical engineering, life sciences, business, health sciences, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in product management, medical devices, healthcare technology, clinical applications, product marketing, consulting, commercial operations, or a related area.
- Experience gathering customer insights and translating them into product requirements or recommendations.
- Strong analytical, project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across technical, clinical, commercial, quality, and regulatory functions.
- Comfortable interacting directly with customers and field-based teams.
- Ability to quickly learn complex technical and clinical concepts.
