Job summary

Abridge is seeking a Product Manager to own product strategy and execution for core product areas used by clinicians across ambulatory, emergency, and inpatient settings. You will build workflows and AI‑generated artifacts that support daily patient care and reduce documentation burden.

You will partner with ML, engineering, design, clinical science, and commercial teams to ship experiences clinicians love, measure outcomes, and drive adoption across top health systems in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience shipping products that users love, with a track record of owning product areas end‑to‑end.
• Builder mentality with craft and quality in what you ship.
• Strong user empathy and product taste shown through direct user exposure.
• Healthcare or clinical workflow experience strongly preferred.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to create clear roadmaps.
• Cross‑functional credibility with ML engineers, design, and health-system executives.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy for a Core Product area: define vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
• Go deep with clinicians: conduct hands‑on user research and translate insights into product decisions.
• Ship high‑quality clinical workflows by partnering with engineering, design, and ML.
• Integrate deeply with EHR environments (Epic and others) to fit clinical workflows.
• Define KPIs (adoption, retention, encounter share) and iterate based on data.
• Navigate ambiguity and move fast with structured hypotheses and rapid testing.
