Job summary

Mitutoyo America Corporation is seeking a Product Manager for the CMM and IoT portfolio to drive growth and profitability. You will craft product strategies, lead pricing, and manage go-to-market initiatives while partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Japan to deliver customer-valued solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum five years of project management experience.
• Product Management certification preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate technical product capabilities into customer value.
• Ability to work across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and long-term business plans and growth strategies for the CMM and IoT portfolio.
• Serve as the SME for CMM systems, software, connectivity, and data solutions through market research and training.
• Own portfolio pricing, price-book maintenance, and bundled solution packages; manage CPQ templates.
• Plan and manage new product introductions in coordination with international teams and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor revenue, profitability, market share, and customer adoption; identify gaps and recommend actions.
• Create promotions and campaigns communicating value, automation readiness, and data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop digital and print content for the portfolio.
