Job summary
Mitutoyo America Corporation in Aurora, IL is hiring a Product Manager – CMM & IoT to drive growth for the CMM, software, connectivity, and data solutions portfolio. You will develop pricing, launch plans, training, and GTM strategies to boost revenue and customer adoption.
The role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Tech Support, and Mitutoyo Japan to translate customer needs into measurement and data-driven solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Five years of project management experience.
- Product Management certification preferred.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual and long-term business plans for the CMM and IoT portfolio.
- Serve as SME for CMM systems, software, connectivity, and data solutions.
- Own portfolio pricing and commercial configuration, CPQ templates, and bundles.
- Plan new product introductions with Mitutoyo Japan and internal teams.
- Monitor revenue, profitability and market adoption; identify gaps and act.
- Create promotions and campaigns showing measurable value.
- Collaborate with Marketing on digital content and catalogs.
- Plan product placement and demonstrations for trade shows.
