Job summary

FedEx is seeking a senior product leader for a hybrid role based in Plano, TX, with possible locations in Pittsburgh, PA or Memphis, TN. You will lead development and execution of product/portfolio strategies, drive cloud transformation programs, and collaborate across Engineering, Architecture, Product, Security, and Operations to define roadmaps and plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equiv. in Product Marketing, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in product management, market analysis or research, or equivalent.

• Lead development and execution of product/portfolio strategies considering lifecycle and customer experience.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cloud transformation and platform engineering programs.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Product, Security, and Operations to define roadmaps and execution plans.
• Manage project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and budgets.
• Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, release management, and stakeholder communications.
• Track program KPIs, delivery metrics, and executive reporting.
• Lead/execute complex new product development initiatives across large cross-functional teams.
• Coach less senior colleagues to build capability.
