Federal Express Corporation is seeking a Product Manager Advisor - Data & AI Execution & Enablement in a hybrid setup with Hob via Plano, TX, Memphis, TN, or Pittsburgh, PA. You will lead the AI delivery program and directly manage the most complex AI use cases across data science teams and enterprise platforms.

The role focuses on governance, demand intake, and accelerating time‑to‑value through reusable patterns, with execution excellence and executive storytelling at the core.

Formación

• Requires Bachelor’s degree; 5–7 years in product/PM or data initiatives.
• Experience leading complex AI/ML projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong ability to report program status to executives and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Direct hands‑on delivery of high‑complexity AI use cases from kickoff to MVP handoff.
• Lead weekly stakeholder alignment and cross‑team synchronization to unblock delivery.
• Identify reusable components and publish standardized patterns for enterprise use.
• OWN master delivery tracker, BRD templates, and UAT governance.
• Craft executive stories and demo videos to showcase delivered AI capabilities.
