Job summary

ModMed, a healthcare software leader, is seeking a Product Manager for its Clinical EHR platform to drive documentation and office-workflow improvements. You will balance clinical accuracy with practice efficiency, collaborating with engineers, clinical SMEs, and customers to define requirements and launches.

You will lead roadmaps for documentation, tasking, messaging, and related tools while championing AI-assisted refinement and test-case generation to boost velocity and quality across

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in healthcare tech and roadmaps.
• Familiarity with clinical documentation and EHR/EMR workflows.
• Experience with practice-operations features (tasks, docs, messaging).
• Knowledge of healthcare quality/compliance frameworks is a plus.
• Strong presentation skills for clinicians, staff and executives.
• PM skills, detail-oriented, able to handle fast-paced environments.
• Ability to lead meetings across Engineering, UX, clinical SMEs, and customers.
• Experience with AI tools in requirements writing and test-generation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for clinical documentation and related workflows.
• Gather market needs from providers, staff, and stakeholders.
• Present strategic vision and tactical roadmap to stakeholders.
• Create materials illustrating strategy, features, and releases.
• Collaborate with Engineers, QA, SMEs, and customers for requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies to align product and engineering.
• Refine and release documentation and rollout plans.
• Define epics and features with clear scope and acceptance criteria.
• Track delivery and ensure clinical/operational accuracy.
