Job summary

NextGen Healthcare is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Clinical Content to own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for ambulatory EHR and practice management features used by physician practices daily.

You will partner with engineering, design, data, and GTM teams, drive discovery and KPI-driven decisions, mentor other PMs, and help modernize the product management function with scalable architecture and strong healthcare domain fluency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology/software product management focused on ambulatory EHR.
• Experience with ambulatory clinical workflows (documentation, scheduling, revenue cycle).
• Experience contributing to AI/ML-powered product capabilities.
• Knowledge of ONC/HIT certification, CMS programs, and healthcare interoperability.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and backlog for ambulatory EHR content areas.
• Partner with engineering, design, data, and GTM teams to execute the roadmap.
• Define requirements, user stories, and KPIs to drive growth and adoption.
• Mentor other PMs and evolve product management practices.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and scale the platform architecture.
