You will drive the roadmap, balance clinical accuracy with efficiency, and collaborate across Engineering, UX, and clinical SMEs to deliver features.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in healthcare tech product management, strong presentation skills, and familiarity with Jira/Confluence and Agile practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management in healthcare technology.
• Experience with clinical/workflow-focused products and EHR/EMR concepts.
• Strong presentation and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and communicate the product roadmap for clinical documentation and workflows.
• Translate requirements into features with clear acceptance criteria and scope.
• Collaborate with engineers, QA, clinical SMEs, and customers to refine needs.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and assist in release planning and rollout documentation.
• Champion AI-assisted requirements and tooling to improve velocity and quality.
