Job summary

Highmark Health seeks a Product Manager to drive the product vision, strategy, and execution across cross-functional teams. You will participate in sprint reviews and governance, owning the backlog and prioritizing work to maximize business value.

Candidates should have 3+ years of product experience, knowledge of software lifecycle, and HIPAA data handling practices. Familiarity with HL7/FHIR and clinical data standards is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Product experience.
• 3 years with the Software Lifecycle.
• 1 year of advanced domain experience.
• Preferred: 1+ year experience with EHR clinical data.
• Understanding of HIPAA/PHI handling.
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, CPT, SNOMED, LOINC.

Responsibilities

• Define holistic product vision and strategy to maximize value.
• Set and communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions.
• Attend sprint/milestone reviews with Delivery teams.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and governance participation.
• Own product backlog and refresh priorities with teams.
