Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Product-focused professional to define value propositions, align with strategic partners, and oversee execution of the product vision. The role involves attending sprint reviews, leading large cross-functional meetings, and conducting data discovery to prioritize clinical data assets with maximum business impact.

The candidate will own product backlogs, drive roadmaps, and collaborate with executives to ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

3 years of Product experience.
3 years with the Software Lifecycle.
1 year of Advanced domain experience.
Experience with EHR data is preferred.
Understanding of HIPAA/PHI handling is preferred.
Familiarity with clinical data standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, CPT, SNOMED, LOINC) is preferred.

Responsibilities

Understand the department's and the company's strategic roadmap and develop a holistic product vision and strategy.
Anticipate future needs and use metrics/qualitative input to identify improvements.
Represent the product in governance meetings.
Set and communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions across audiences.
Own the product backlog and continually refresh/re-prioritize it.
Lead cross-functional meetings and drive value across products and customers.
Other duties as assigned.
