Highmark Health seeks a Product Manager to define and drive the product's value proposition, vision, and execution plan. You will lead cross-functional sprint reviews with delivery teams and conduct data discovery to prioritize clinical data assets delivering business value.

The role requires collaboration across stakeholders, ownership of the product backlog, and ongoing alignment with strategic roadmaps while facilitating large cross-functional meetings.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in science, technology, mathematics or related field.
• 3 years of Product experience.
• 3 years with the Software Lifecycle; 1 year of advanced domain experience.
• 1+ year experience with EHR clinical data; HIPAA/PHI handling knowledge.
• Familiarity with clinical data standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, CPT, SNOMED, LOINC).

Aufgaben

• Understand the department's and the company's strategic roadmap and develop a holistic product vision and strategy to drive value.
• Anticipate future needs and use metrics and input to identify asset improvements.
• Represent the product in governance meetings.
• Set and communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions across audiences, from product team to executives.
• Serve as accountable owner for the products/tools within the portfolio.
• Identify and drive cross-product and cross-customer value and shared learnings.
• Own the product backlog and refresh/re-prioritize with internal and partner input.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
