Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Product Manager to define the program’s value proposition, align stakeholders, and oversee execution of the product vision. The role includes leading cross-functional meetings, conducting data discovery to identify valuable clinical data assets, and participating in sprint reviews with the Delivery team.

You will own the product backlog, refresh prioritization regularly, and drive asset improvements with input from internal and partner teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, mathematics or related field, or equivalent experience as determined by the company.
• 3 years of product experience.
• 3 years with the Software Lifecycle.
• 1 year of advanced domain experience.
• Preferred: 1+ year experience with EHR clinical data; HIPAA/PHI handling; familiarity with HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, CPT, SNOMED, LOINC.

Responsibilities

• Develops a holistic product vision and strategy to drive maximum value.
• Attend sprint/milestone reviews with the Delivery team and lead cross-functional meetings.
• Owns and prioritizes the product backlog based on internal and partner input.
• Represents the product in governance meetings and communicates roadmaps to executives.
• Identify cross-product and cross-customer value and shared learnings.
