Job summary

Chase is seeking a Product Manager for Card Servicing within the Partner Servicing team. You will lead discovery, definition, and delivery of products and services that enhance end-to-end servicing for customers and partners.

You translate needs into requirements, help prioritize work, and coordinate delivery across product, design, engineering, and operations. You will use metrics to improve what we build and how we build it, with focus on platform services or partner servicing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or related domain.
• Experience owning a product backlog and prioritizing outcomes.
• Proven ability to ship product improvements and iterate based on results.
• Experience leading discovery and translating insights into requirements and a roadmap.
• Strong understanding of the product development life cycle from discovery to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and vision to deliver measurable value for customers and partners.
• Lead discovery through user research, journey analysis, and market insights.
• Translate needs into clear requirements and maintain a prioritized backlog.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to plan, build, test, and launch enhancements.
• Establish success measures and track product performance across cost, speed, quality, reliability, and risk.
• Create and maintain documentation such as epics and user stories.
• Coordinate milestones, dependencies, and delivery plans across teams.
• Define acceptance criteria and support testing, including edge cases.
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Collaborate with partner program teams to deliver quarterly priorities.
