Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Product Manager in Business Banking to oversee customer-facing digital servicing across payments, advances, and self-service journeys. You will partner with Technology, Design, Operations, and Risk/Controls to improve discoverability, reduce friction, and deliver measurable experience improvements.

You'll own the product backlog, drive end-to-end customer journeys for loan accounts, and lead initiatives that boost adoption, satisfaction, and efficiency while ensuring

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in digital customer experiences.
• Delivers end-to-end customer journeys with measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Technology, Design, and Operations; prioritization skills.
• Experience defining epics/stories/acceptance criteria and backlog management.
• Data-driven with analytics and customer insights guidance.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and product vision delivering customer value.
• Manages discovery and market research to inform the roadmap.
• Owns backlog to support strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Builds KPIs like cost, features, risk, and reliability.
• Define and track end-to-end customer journeys for Business Banking loans.
• Improve navigation, content clarity, information architecture, and in-product guidance.
• Lead digital enhancements for payment scheduling, efficiency, and status visibility.
• Improve communications via in-app messages, alerts, and document access.
• Define and track KPIs: adoption, task completion, CSAT, time-to-resolution.
• Ensure operational readiness and risk/disclosures alignment.
• Coordinate discovery, journey mapping, prototyping, UAT, releases, monitoring.
