Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Product Manager in Business Banking to oversee account management capabilities and digital servicing journeys.

You will collaborate with Technology, Design, Operations, and Risk to improve discoverability, reduce friction, and deliver measurable improvements for customers and the business. Responsibilities include backlog ownership, journey optimization for loans and payments, and governance of key success metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in digital customer experiences, servicing, or account management.
• Experience delivering end-to-end customer journeys with measurable outcomes.
• Strong partnership skills with Technology, Design, and Operations; comfortable driving prioritization and trade-offs.
• Experience defining requirements and managing a backlog against a roadmap.
• Data-driven mindset using analytics and customer insights to guide decisions.
• Experience with Business Banking lending/loan servicing and/or digital payments/advances journeys.
• Advanced knowledge of product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
• Familiarity with digital communications/notifications, discoverability/content improvements, in a regulated environment.
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities from discovery to value management.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and vision delivering value to customers.
• Manages discovery and market research to uncover solutions for the roadmap.
• Owns and develops a product backlog aligned to the strategic roadmap.
• Builds metrics tracking for cost, features, risk posture, and reliability.
• Defines and delivers end-to-end journeys for Business Banking loan account management.
• Drives improvements to navigation, content clarity, and in-product guidance.
• Owns digital enhancements for payment scheduling and advances experiences.
• Leads improvements to communications for clarity, timeliness and actionability.
• Defines and tracks KPIs including adoption, satisfaction, containment, and time-to-resolution.
• Ensures operational readiness and coordinates with risk and controls.
• Partners with Technology and Design through discovery, journey mapping, prototyping, testing, and release readiness.
