Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in banking, balance sheet management, fintech, or related area.
• Experience with product management, requirements gathering, backlog management, or Agile development.
• Strong interest in AI/Generative AI within banking or regulated environments.
• Analytical mindset with experience validating financial data; SQL is a plus.
• Experience with wireframing or prototyping tools is a plus.
• Strong communication skills translating complex financial concepts into clear product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own product roadmaps and prioritize enhancements based on client feedback, market needs, and usage data.
• Manage the product backlog and translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering, data science, and UX teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Lead feature testing and QA, validating functionality and analytical outputs from a banking perspective.
• Review AI-generated insights and responses for accuracy, clarity, and relevance.
• Help define business rules, metrics, data definitions, and context used by AI capabilities.
• Create wireframes and prototypes to validate new product concepts.
• Track product adoption and performance and support product launches.
• Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing on client feedback, adoption, and product positioning.
