Darling Consulting Group in the United States seeks a Product Manager to own one or more products within the 360 suite for the banking industry. The role combines backlog management, requirements, prototyping, and testing, with a focus on AI-generated answers and data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate has deep balance sheet risk management knowledge, strong banking domain experience, and a passion for AI and design thinking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or engineering.
• 5+ years of balance sheet management, banking, or financial technology experience.
• Strong understanding of community bank and credit union balance sheets, ALM, and liquidity risk.
• Strong interest in AI and its responsible use in a regulated industry.
• Analytical, detail-oriented approach to testing and validating results; comfort with data (SQL a plus).
• Excellent communication and ability to explain results to clients and colleagues at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Own the roadmap for assigned products within the 360 suite.
• Translate client feedback, market research, and usage insights into product priorities.
• Measure success of new capabilities through adoption and usage.
• Contribute to product packaging and launch planning.
• Prioritize and maintain the product backlog with clear acceptance criteria.
• Plan releases with the technology group, managing dependencies and risks.
• Lead feature testing and QA from a banker’s perspective.
• Partner with data science on the quality and transparency of analytical output.
• Create wireframes and prototypes to validate concepts; ensure consistent UX across the suite.
• Collaborate with customer success, consulting, sales and marketing with product expertise.
