Surefitters, a Minnesota-based vehicle upfitter, seeks a Product & Bailment Pool Manager to own our product roadmap and the OEM Bailment Pool program. You’ll drive NPD from concept to launch and lead strategic pricing, inventory, and dealer/fleet sales initiatives in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain.

You’ll build business cases, decide on make‑vs‑buy options with Supply Chain, and provide the team with data-driven insights, spec sheets, CPQ data, and training

Formación

• Proven product management experience with roadmap ownership and launches.
• Ability to build and evaluate business cases using KPIs and data.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
• Entrepreneurial, owner mindset and proactive initiative.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or engineering-adjacent field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own the standard product roadmap and NPD list, building business cases for margin, volume, and payback.
• Gather VOC input, warranty data, and competitive intel to shape the catalog and review annually.
• Lead value engineering and make‑vs‑buy decisions with Supply Chain; consolidate SKUs to improve gross profit.
• Manage NPD from concept through launch.
• Equip Sales and Marketing with spec sheets, battlecards, web content, training, and CPQ/quoting data.
• Own the monthly OEM ordering cadence as the single point of contact and shape the Bailment Pool sales plan with the Sales Manager.
• Track vehicle arrivals, inventory levels, and dwell time, and run a Bailment Pool business review with leadership.
