Enterprise Fleet Management is seeking a Product Manager I to partner with stakeholders and operations to deliver product capabilities that improve customer experiences and operational efficiency. You will lead product development from design through launch, align roadmaps with business goals, and monitor performance across financial and operational platforms.

The position is full-time in St. Louis with a hybrid schedule, requiring collaboration with IT, Digital, and business teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Product Owner/Manager or related roles.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to meet work-from-home technical requirements (internet, speed, etc.).
• Strong communication skills across audiences.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer problems and business goals; communicate the viewpoint to stakeholders.
• Define the problem, develop business cases, vision, and strategy.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Digital Product, Customer Experience, and UX to shape the product roadmap.
• Prioritize enhancements and integrate feedback into development plans.
• Manage projects with internal teams and vendors within budget and timeline.
• Develop ideas and determine which features to promote into the product road map.
• Review product specs to ensure alignment with objectives and commercial viability.
• Confirm readiness for market launch and monitor value delivery post-launch.
• Track KPIs and benchmark against industry standards.
• Gather market information through primary/secondary research and stakeholder input.
• Stay informed on market conditions and new technologies affecting product goals.
• Embed with cross-functional teams and coordinate with other PMs to align roadmaps.
