Job summary

Surefitters in Rosemount, MN is seeking a Product & Bailment Pool Manager to own the standard product roadmap, catalog, and the OEM Bailment Pool program. You’ll drive new product development from concept through launch, set pricing across the catalog, and coordinate the Bailment Pool with the Sales Manager.

The role requires collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Production, and Client Services, with regular travel to OEM partners and dealers.

Qualifications

• Proven product management experience with roadmaps and launches.
• Comfort building business cases and using KPIs for trade-offs.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Entrepreneurial, owner mindset to initiate and drive initiatives.
• Strong Excel/data analysis skills and CPQ/quoting familiarity.
• Comfort reading engineering drawings and directing outsourced design partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or engineering-adjacent field preferred.
• Bailment Pool, fleet, or dealer-sales exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the standard product roadmap and NPD list; build business cases for margin, volume, and payback.
• Gather customer input, warranty data, and competitive intel to shape the catalog.
• Lead value engineering and make-vs-buy decisions with Supply Chain.
• Manage NPD from concept to launch with green sheets, ECRs, and go-to-market pricing.
• Own pricing management across the catalog, including list prices and discounts.
• Equip Sales/Marketing with spec sheets, battlecards, web content, and CPQ data.
• Own monthly OEM ordering cadence and shape Bailment Pool sales plan with Sales Manager.
• Track arrivals, inventory, and dwell time; run Bailment Pool reviews with leadership.
