We’re hiring a hands-on Product Manager to lead key initiatives for a fast-growing B2B SaaS platform focused on AI-driven automation in the enterprise space (ERP). If you're excited about solving complex user problems, collaborating across technical and business teams, and taking full ownership from idea to launch; if you’re a hands-on Product Manager who is comfortable in a scrappy environment, wearing multiple hats and is passionate about solving real user problems—not just moving tickets—this is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead discovery, strategy, and execution for core product areas — owning features end-to-end
• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, delivery, and go-to-market teams
• Conduct research, distill insights, and shape roadmaps rooted in customer needs
• Translate technical concepts into clear business value, telling compelling product stories
• Run feature reviews, backlog refinement, and collaborate on release plans
• Prioritize ruthlessly, balancing short-term wins with long-term vision
• Continuously track product performance and iterate for impact

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fast-paced SaaS or platform environments
• A builder’s mindset — able to navigate ambiguity, move quickly, and wear multiple hats
• Strong communicator: able to tailor messages to engineers, sales, and executive stakeholders
• Customer-obsessed, insight-driven, and laser-focused on solving the right problems
• Experienced working with agile teams and managing complex product lifecycles
• Able to own a roadmap and lead through influence, not authority

You Might Stand Out If You:

• Have experience with AI/ML platforms, enterprise automation, or risk/supplier management
• Have worked in product roles at the intersection of ERP, compliance, or workflow automation
• Bring a startup or founder mindset — you're comfortable forging your own path
• Have experience running customer research, stakeholder workshops, or developing your own GTM plans
• Understand how to drive adoption and collaborate on scaling a product from a strong foundation

• PMs from highly siloed “feature factory” roles who haven’t owned outcomes end-to-end
• Candidates who rely on hand-holding from researchers, outbound PMs, or delivery leads
• Those uncomfortable with figuring things out independently or navigating ambiguity
