Title: Product Manager

Location Status: 100% remote

We are seeking a results-driven Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our cloud-based web application tailored for the telecom industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background, a passion for modernizing legacy systems, and a proven track record of executing growth strategies in agile environments.

This role will be focused on a 12-month growth initiative. A good candidate will have knowledge and experience taking an existing product designed and developed for a small number of large customers and adapt and expand it into a platform that can support many customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with existing and prospective customers to understand customer use cases and needs.
• Define and drive the product roadmap for our telecom-focused SaaS platform.
• Lead cross-functional agile teams to deliver high-impact features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment on product goals and execution and deliver product improvements that support telecom back-office workflows
• Develop detailed use cases, business requirements, and technical documentation.
• Manage product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to inform continuous improvement.
• Champion cloud modernization initiatives and API-first design principles.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in telecom or adjacent industries.
• Experience delivering API-based SaaS products for telecom back-end systems (e.g., activation, billing, support).
• Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools such as JIRA.
• Ability to develop detailed use cases, business requirements, and technical documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or other advanced degree.
• Technical background or experience with telecom architecture.
• Product Management / Digital Product Management Education and/or Certification
• Experience with cloud-native application modernization and migration strategies.
• Familiarity with telecom standards and protocols.
• Background in executing product-led growth strategies.
• Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Experience with Government procurement processes
