Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IAM & IGA Product Manager (or Product Owner) to drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) capabilities across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of technology, security, and business, ensuring our IAM platforms meet user access, compliance, and operational needs. The ideal candidate understands IAM frameworks, has hands-on knowledge of tools like SailPoint, ForgeRock, Thycotic/Delinea and is comfortable managing cross-functional programs in agile environments.

Required Qualifications

12+ Years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, or Security Engineering roles

Should have worked both on waterfall & agile methodologies. Good to have Agile & Product related certifications.

Previous experience working on IAM/IGA functions needed. Deep understanding of IAM/IGA technical Concepts, solutions, security principals, compliance framework, cloud platform knowledge required.

Leadership and Communication Skills must have.

Good to have previous healthcare experience.

Experience working Jira, Confluence setup is needed.

Previous experience working various DevSecOps tools & in-depth knowledge in SDLC required. (This person will be driving some of these process & tool sets implementation from ground up).

Should be energetic, optimistic, able to work under pressure with tight timelines.

Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and security best practices.

Key Responsibilities & Technical Skills:

Define the vision, goals, and roadmap for IAM and IGA capabilities aligned with security, compliance, and user experience goals.

Work with various internal & external stakeholders, leadership to define the IAM/IGA vision and develop, maintain & implement the IAM & IGA strategic roadmap.

Own product lifecycle from inception through design, development, deployment, and continuous improvement.

Maintain a prioritized product backlog of features, enhancements, and technical debts for IAM/IGA platforms.

Identify and engage stakeholders, Communicate vision & road map, facilitate collaboration, manage expectations and priorities stakeholder management and communication.

Gather and translate requirements into epics/capabilities/stories. Define and manage the product backlog, prioritize features and enhancements

Provide vision and direction to the development and Engineering team. Own the delivery & get things done. Collaborate on design and implementation. Support agile processes. Act as Scrum master and coach the team.

Will be working with offshore team including offshore product owners, analysts & developers.

Responsible to provide the requirement & own the delivery of multiple POD team.

Define and track KPIs and metrics for IAM/IGA programs.
